Community members are some of the PATH Ventures’ most valuable stakeholders. We exist to serve and improve the communities in which we work. We partner with community members, businesses, faith-based organizations, and local non-profits to receive input on the affordable housing and community development needs of neighborhoods. We consistently reach out to new communities who have need of affordable housing and community development, and we feel that our model fits well with such communities.
