Build communities

PATH Ventures’ housing developments are designed to foster the revitalization and rejuvenation of the communities in which we build. Many of these neighborhoods need new housing supply, especially high quality, affordable housing. Many of the communities in which we build are also in need of upgrades to their infrastructure and neighborhood aesthetics. Our housing developments draw substantial investments and create hundreds of jobs, many coming from the local community itself. Our developments have paved the way for further investments, such as new retail, commercial, office, and housing.

In addition to developing new housing stock in our communities, we also create community within our projects by providing tenants with development programs and workshops in a variety of areas, such as money management, access to government programs, and healthy cooking to name a few.

Our projects are also heavily marketed to their respective communities, which results in a mix of local residents moving into new high quality affordable housing, giving them the stability and tools to improve their lives and become productive citizens.
