PATH Villas Osage

Osage Villas is a joint venture of PATH Ventures and Polis Properties I, LLC. This development will contain 20 units of affordable housing which will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The project itself qualifies as a large-family development for the purposes of the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC).
Each unit will be provided with two parking spaces in an underground gated garage, and all residents will have access to on-site laundry, a community room, a playground and visitor parking. Rents will be affordable for households earning between 30 percent and 60 percent of area median income (AMI).
Jeffrey Kalban Associates is the architect for the project. Mr. Kalban has a distinguished career in the Los Angeles area, and previously designed People Assisting The Homeless (PATH)’s Regional Homeless Center.
The property management company will be Community Housing Management Services (CHMS), a non-profit corporation with more than 20 years experience managing a wide variety of affordable developments throughout California.
The construction contract was subject to a public bid process monitored by the City of Inglewood. Taisei Corporation was selected as the General Contractor and brought decades of international construction experience to the project.
PATH Villas Osage Apartments broke ground in March 2010 and is now completed and fully occupied.
