Program Areas

Our program areas include developing permanent supportive housing that is affordable to low-income and homeless persons and families, operating a scattered site housing program, and creating opportunities for economic development in our city and economic empowerment for individuals and families.
 


PATHVillas

PATHVillas is a program of PATH Ventures that supports and develops permanent supportive housing that is affordable to low-income and homeless persons and families.

PATHVillas is currently involved in the following developments:

PATHVillas Inglewood

  • PATHVillas is developing 20 units of affordable housing for low and moderate-income single and two-parent families in Inglewood.  The development will contain one, two and three-bedroom units.

Glendale Permanent Supportive Housing Scattered-Site Program

  • PATHVillas is overseeing a master lease program to provide affordable rental housing and supportive services to eight homeless individuals in Glendale.

Villas at Gower

  • PATHVillas is collaborating with A Community of Friends (ACOF) to develop 40-60 units of permanent supportive housing in Hollywood.

Juanita Avenue

  • PATHVillas is communicating with a property owner on Juanita Avenue about the possibility of developing an additional 40-60 affordable housing units.

PATH Regional Homeless Center Expansion

  • PATHVillas is studying the possibility of adding 16 units of permanent supportive housing on the Regional Homeless Center parking lot.


PATHWorks

Creation of community and economic development projects that help employ low-income and homeless person, and that help empower low-income neighborhoods.

Activities:

  • Creating a business plan for the Gramercy Housing Group’s 3,000 square feet of commercial space off of Washington Boulevard.
  • Developing a plan to train PATH graduates to develop their own businesses.
