PATH Partners:

Web Designer: Responsible for multi-agency website maintenance and development. Part Time $20-$30/hr (DOE)



PATH/Regional Homeless Center/Los Angeles:

Employment Program Manager/ Veterans Coordinator: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the residential program and facility. Includes managing staff, clients, and operations, while also responsible for contract compliance, reporting, and community outreach. Must also complete the objectives of the Department of Labor - Homeless Veterans Reintegration Grant (HVRP) by targeting homeless veterans, developing job leads and job placement, and fulfilling retention requirements. Full Time $34k-40K (DOE)



Residential Associate (RA): Full-time or Part-time: Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of a safe atmosphere for residential programs. Duties include: monitor clients, enforce program rules & policies, clerical tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing support to program staff. Full or Part Time $9-$11/hr., PT 20-30 hrs, no benefits and FT 40 hrs w/ benefits



PATH/Hollywood Interim Housing:

Housing Program Manager: For the PATH Hollywood Center, a 65-bed residential program. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the residential program and facility. Includes managing staff, clients, and operations, while also responsible for contract compliance, reporting, and community outreach. Full Time $32k - $38k (DOE)



Residential Associate (RA): Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of a safe atmosphere for residential programs. Duties include: monitor clients, enforce program rules & policies, clerical tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing support to program staff. Immediate opening for graveyard shift from 12 midnight to 8:30 am. Full or Part Time $9-$11/hr., PT 20-30 hrs, no benefits and FT 40 hrs w/ benefits



Hollywood Emergency Response Outreach (Call Center): The call center operator will provide general information and connect the public to the responding outreach teams. Responsible for dispatching outreach teams to homeless locations and will also maintain a database of available supportive services and housing for homeless. Part Time $10/hr



Housing Locator: Responsible for locating viable housing options for homeless adults and families, negotiating lease agreements with Landlords, and maintaining contract compliance. Full Time $30k-35K (DOE)



Street Outreach Case Manager (Evening): The Street Outreach Case Manager is responsible for providing assistance and linkages for homeless adults and families. Working in a team atmosphere, the Case Manager will initiate contact and build rapport with street homeless, in order to provide initial assessments, crisis intervention and resource referrals for clients. Hours of operation will include evenings and weekends. Full Time $25k-30K (DOE)



PATH/Westside:

PATH Achieve Glendale:

Intake Case Manager: Responsible for managing the front desk at PATH Achieve Access Center. Duties include answering phones and providing responsible referrals to appropriate agencies, welcoming and screening new clients for service needs, managing client mail. Must have excellent computer skills. Full-time, non-exempt, M-F. $23,000-$25,000, with benefits. Excellent entry position for anyone interested in working in homeless services.

Outreach Case Manager: Responsible for visiting homeless people in outdoor and public locations, providing information and resources to encourage use of services, determining client eligibility, and assessing the primary and secondary needs of the client and providing transportation as needed. Duties include: responding to requests for service, following through on providing resources and information to homeless person, entering client information into the client file and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), conducting field intakes and working in concert with primary case managers. Full Time, non-exempt, $30,000-$34,000/year with benefits.

Needs Assessment Case Manager: Responsible for providing initial screenings for services, determining client eligibility, and assessing the primary and secondary needs of the client. Duties include: entering client information into the client file and HMIS, conducting initial intakes and working in concert with primary case managers. Full Time $25,000-29,000/year with benefits



Substance Abuse Case Manager: Responsible for the providing case management support services to homeless adults who are in recovery or in need of recovery services. Duties include: providing assessment, on-going support and case management, working with clients to develop individualized case management plans, maintaining accurate documentation of service objectives and outcomes, and creating and maintaining program policies the promote successful program outcomes. Full Time $32,000-34,000/year with benefits



Residential Associate (RA): Evening shift. Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of a safe atmosphere for residential programs. Duties include: monitor clients, enforce program rules & policies, clerical tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness, and providing support to program staff. Part Time $9-$10/hr., PT 20-30 hrs, no benefits and FT w/ benefits

PATH Dallas:

Care Managers: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available for all shifts (day, evening, overnights and weekends). Care Managers are responsible for providing outstanding resource coordination and planning for homeless clients to help them attain housing and employment/income. Full or Part Time $30,000-40,000 DOE



Director of Care and Housing: The Director of Care and Housing provides local leadership for the Care and Housing Services at the Dallas Homeless Assistance Center. The Director is responsible for ensuring quality services, accomplishment of established program outcomes, consistent and accurate data collection and management, and coordination of services with on-site and off-site partners. Nonprofit management experience required. Full Time $55,000 – 65,000 DOE



Finance Manager: The Finance Manager is responsible for day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payables/accounts receivables, payroll (90 employees), general ledger, bank reconciliation, and reporting (P&L, cash flow projections, monthly summaries). Two years minimum experience in non-profit finance. Full Time $50,000 – 60,000 DOE



Guest Services Associates: Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available for all shifts (day, evening, overnights and weekends). Guest Services Associates are responsible for providing a welcoming and positive guest experience. GSA’s ensure guests have access to on-site services such as meals, showers, mail, locker storage, personal care, intake/case management and partner services. GSA’s will be cross-trained in residential services, reception, intake, and specific guest service areas. Full or Part Time $11-14/hr DOE



Guest Services Manager: The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Guest Services staff and programs. Provides direct supervision to care managers and guest services associates, manages staffing, handles client grievances, ensures staff and programs operate according to established policies and procedures, monitors data collection and quality assurance measures. Previous program management experience required. Two full-time shifts available. Full Time $40,000 – 50,000 DOE



Housing Manager: The Housing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site housing at the Center (Interim, Work/Live and overnight Pavilion) for up to 400 residents. Provides direct supervision of residential care management and guest services associates. Ensures programs operate according to established policies and procedures, monitors data collection and quality assurance measures. Previous housing and/or shelter management experience required. Full Time $35,000 – 40,000 DOE
